Perpetual Guardian is a company in New Zealand. The company has an interesting experiment.

Normally, its employees need to work 5 days a week. However, this year, in March and April, they only need to work 4 days a week.

The employees are very happy. They can spend more time with their families. When they go to work, they do their works better. They love their jobs more.

The company thinks the experiment is a success. It decides that this is the new schedule. From now on, its employees only work 4 days a week.
