American player deemed too tall for Korean Basketball League

David Simon is an American basketball player who currently plays for Anyang KGC in the Korean Basketball League. At over 2 meters tall, he's one of the best players in the league. However, come next season in October, he will not be able to continue playing due to a new height restriction on foreign players.
Because of the obvious advantage tall players have in basketball, teams tend to look for very tall players to join them. The league officials think this strategy has made the competition much less exciting. They want to see teams recruit more small and skillful players instead.
As a result, from next season onwards, they will impose a height restriction on foreign players. Out of two foreign players that a team is allowed to have, one cannot be taller than 2 meters, while the other one cannot be taller than 1.85 meters. Unfortunately for David, his height exceeds the new limit. He has been one of the top performers for his team, but now will need to look elsewhere to continue playing.
